Creative Workshop: Embracing The New Year

In this workshop, you will have an opportunity to consider qualities, beliefs and actions that can nourish, support, and sustain you in the coming year. Explorations include collage, nature metaphors & materials, guided visualization, gentle movement, breathwork, sound and writing. Sunny guides the group throughout, allowing time for introspection and integration. She creates a balance between inner discovery and group connection. Absolutely NO artistic skills or experience are needed. Intention, quality time, and a tranquil setting, along with simple processes & materials provide all the magic necessary to shine a light on your path into 2025. The price includes all materials, beverages and lunch. Space is limited to 8 participants.
